How do I place an order?

To place an order:

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation email?

If you have not received your order confirmation email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
  • Contact us at service@lumirevanta.com if you still cannot locate the email.

I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

Please contact us at service@lumirevanta.com as soon as possible and provide your Order Number along with the requested changes.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation of orders is allowed on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day the order is placed.

After that time, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@lumirevanta.com and provide your Order Number along with the correct shipping information.

We will do our best to update the address before your order is processed or shipped.

  • Supporting photos (image files should be under 1MB)

After verification, we will gladly reship the correct item at no additional cost. We will not require you to return the incorrectly shipped item—you may keep it as a gift from us.
